Go to the Downloads page and get the launcher. Run it and it handles the rest: it downloads the client, checks the files and leaves everything ready to play. There are two download mirrors in case one is slow.

You create your account from the launcher, not from the website. We do it this way to keep your data safe. Open the launcher, choose to create an account and follow the steps; once you are done you can log straight into the game from there.

You pick a race and a class, create your character and land on Stepstone Isle. From there just follow the quests marked in red: they are the main line and they walk you through to Arcadia while you learn your class. If you cannot decide on a class, the Classes page lists all thirteen with their skills.

Message us on Discord and we will help you get it back. It is the fastest channel and the team answers there every day.

From 1 to 20 follow the red line from Stepstone Isle to Arcadia. At level 20 Vanguard requests open up, and they are the fastest way to level. From 20 to 60 you work through Arborea zone by zone, and at 65 you close the main story and unlock your class’s Apex skills. It is laid out step by step in the Progression section on the front page.

You can use the game’s own matchmaking tool for instances, or look for people directly on our Discord, which is usually faster and lets you pick who you play with.

Try this in order: run the launcher as administrator, update your graphics drivers, let the launcher verify the game files, and add the game folder to your antivirus exceptions. If it keeps closing, message us on Discord and tell us which steps you already tried.

First check the status indicator on the front page: if the server shows as offline, the problem is on our side, not yours. If it shows online, close the launcher completely and open it again, make sure your firewall is not blocking it and, if you use a VPN, turn it off. If none of that works, tell us on Discord.

Discord is the main channel and where we reply fastest. We are also on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp. When you write, tell us the problem, your account name and what you have already tried: that way we sort it out in fewer messages.

By reporting bugs as soon as you spot them, giving a hand to new players and spreading the word that the server exists. A private server runs on its people, and there is always something to help with on Discord.
